It serves the purpose and is very sturdy. But we were very disappointed in the color of the wood. It was not like the picture at all. We will probably end up re-staining it. It should have matched the computer stand exactly according to the picture. Too expensive to ship back or we would have.

I wanted a cheap nice looking night stand and just what it is... It was easy to put together within 10-15 minutes perfect for my purpose. Granted materials are cheap (but you do get what you pay for this was what I was looking for to fill an inexpensive need)

I bought this to use in a guest room for a summer visit and for this purpose it is perfect. I assembled this item in less than 30 minutes and it was easy.
This item is not solid wood construction. The four corner pieces (legs) and the top are solid wood, all other pieces are not. It served its purpose for me and that is why I gave it three stars.
